Weight lifting is a crucial part of a successful fitnees program. We program our lifts in strength cycles to ensure maximum results. The fact is nothing burns more fat than muscle.

An essential part to any fitness program is having a strong emphasis in metabolic conditioning. Some love this, some hate it, but we all need it. We don't leave it out, and it doesn't suck as much in a group.

General Fitness Related FAQ's

How Often Should I Come If I Am New?

We recommend coming on a consistent basis of a few days on and a few days off in your first weeks. It should look something like 2 or 3 days on 1 or 2 days off. We don’t recommend an every other day schedule if it can be avoided. Once you are comfortable with the program 3 days on and 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off is an ideal schedule.

What Should I Bring?

Just bring yourself in appropriate workout attire and some water!

I'm A Little Bit Intimated Is There A Beginner Class?

We have a professional coach in every single class that we offer. They will walk you through every part of the workout. Our classes are broken up into three parts: A warm up, strength/skill work, and a workout. You will have a personal guide through every step. Relax, it is going to be fun!

Absolutely! We believe working out with people you like, makes you like working out.
