I'm very excited to announce we are moving into a much larger building! The new training area is over 2300 square feet! (Our current training area is only 900) The new location is located less than a mile from our current building.  Our new address is:

Classes

Strength and Conditioning

In this class you will experience a new level of fitness. The main focus of this class is teaching the intensity that is needed to make real changes. Each day a new workout is posted and the class is led by a CrossFit Lv1 Trainer. It doesn't matter if you are a competitive athlete or if you are new, this is the class for you. If you are just beginning we will focus on basic movements and exercises. As you gain experience, or for those who are already more experienced, we will coach you in Olympic lifts and highly functional movements that are used in each WOD (Workout of the Day). 

Olympic Lifting

This class primarily focuses on increasing your technique in the snatch and the clean & jerk. This class is intended to supplement your regular training regimen and improve explosiveness, strength, and coordination, in addition to improving comfort with the lifts. Read More...

Nutrition

Our nutrition classes aim to educate you about the fundamentals of food. We will give you practical suggestions on what types of food will give your body the ability to successfully work out, lose weight, and function at peak performance. Read More...

As we continue to grow and expand we intend on adding more classes that will include advanced strength and conditioning classes, kettlebell classes, and survival training. Stay tuned!

Robert Stadnick

Owner/Coach

Rob is a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran. He served in Iraq as a 0351 Infantry Assaultman with First Battalion 7th Marines, Animal Company. After the Marine Corps, Rob became a personal trainer where he earned 6 different fitness training certifications along with over 3000 hours of training experience. He is still serving in our Marine Corps Reserves once a month. Seeking to provide his clients with the best possible training and help them produce maximum results.

Shaun Gilbert

Coach/Trainer

Shaun is an Army veteran. He served in Irag and Afghanistan with the 43rd bravo company. Prior to the Army Shaun was a personal trainer for 4 years and continued that career path after leaving the armed forces. Shaun has 13 years experience in the fitness industry. He has competed on a national level as a bodybuilder and most recently in powerlifting. He is currently a nationally ranked powerlifter and Olympic lifter. Shaun’s main objective as a coach is to help others achieve their maximum potential whether it be competing on a national stage or getting fit and healthy. He has a degree in Kinesiology and is currently training for national powerlifting competitions in 2014.

Nathan Cockburn

Trainer/Coach Intern

Nathan went to Shasta and Grossmont Colleges for a Kinesiology  degree with emphasis in Athletic Training and Physical Therapy. Nathan has played college football and some semi-professional baseball. Nathan competes in Crossfit and obstacle races like the Spartan Race and Tough Mudder. Nathan’s overall goals are to compete in the Crossfit Games and participate in an Iron Man competition. Ultimately, Nathan wants to help people achieve their goals and give them a chance at a better quality of life for them and their families.

Kyle - Coach

Kyle is a Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and has been doing high intensity routines and Olympic Lifting for over two years now. He first got into it after looking for something to get him into better shape for rugby. He has seen the benefits from it not only doing things he physically never imagined but also mentally. Kyle is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology.
